DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All of NL’s
products will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. It is in your
best interest to inspect all items you receive before accepting delivery.
In the event of damaged goods, you must indicate damages on delivery bill
and immediately file a claim with the carrier. If you need assistance in
any way, please call a NL sales representative.
RETURN POLICY
Please call a NL sales representative for authorization and shipping
instructions before returning any merchandise. We will not be able to
accept any returns without prior authorization. Any return must be
shipped prepaid and is subject to inspection for misuse and/or damage.
At National, your
satisfaction is guaranteed.
PRICING
Prices do not
include any applicable sales tax, labor or freight charges. National
Ladder reserves the right to correct any pricing error and/or printing
mistakes which might occur in this catalog. National reserves the right
to change any prices due to manufacturers increases, inflation etc…if you
have any questions as to the nature of these prices, be sure and check
with a National Sales Rep.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer free delivery in the Detroit Metro Area on most items. For out
of town delivery, we can usually ship small items UPS for a nominal fee.
Larger or heavier items are generally shipped via common carrier
trucking. The fee is based upon total weight and distance. Please
contact a National Sales Representative for a delivery quote.
